    One-of-a-kind, impactful pilot initiatives co-created with DEI committees to address your specific DEI goals. We partner with your organization’s DEI Committee to create actionable plans that combine design thinking with DEI expertise to address challenges that are specific to your organization. Your employees will create meaningful initiatives along with progress metrics on addressing your DEI challenges.   • INCLUSION LAB

    Effective DEI solutions generated by your internal experts: your own employees. Over the course of 6-12 months, we guide a diverse cohort of your employees in identifying your internal DEI challenges. Through individual coaching and group sessions, we provide them with the design thinking skills, DEI change management knowledge, and creative space to foster solutions that are unique to your organization and culture. Employees step into their roles as powerful change agents and create a clear, actionable DEI strategy while receiving our expert support. They are empowered to not only design solutions to your DEI challenges, but also to draw in allies in this work across the organization as they ideate, test, and pilot their solutions.
