DIALOGUES

FACILITATED DIALOGUES

We take brief (think lunch and learn) deeper dives into specific DEI topics and provide a forum for your team members to learn, discuss, and practice inclusive behaviors.

 

INCLUSION DIALOGUES

Our inclusion dialogues take deeper dives into DEI topics in the format of a fireside chat. Two of our DEI experts discuss a topic through conversation about history, science, and evidence-based business practices. Employees are able to learn and are engaged during a Q&A session to cap off the experience.
